Feeling disconnected, stuck in the same patterns, or doing more of the work to hold your relationship together?

Andie Toderovitz, Registered Psychotherapist
Andie Toderovitz RP (Qualifying)

Conversations with the people closest to you turn into conflict, or feel impossible to even begin. You might over-give, then resent it. Pull away, then ache for closeness. People-please to keep the peace, and quietly wonder when your own needs get to matter.

You deserve a safe space that honours your unique story, moving you away from feeling stuck and toward a life that feels more grounded and connected.

Hi, I'm Andie, and I'm so glad you're here.

I've always been drawn to the complexity of people: the stories we carry, the ways we learn to cope, and the quiet strength it takes to begin doing things differently. That curiosity is what led me into this work, and what keeps me grounded in it.

I don't see therapy as fixing something broken. It's a space to understand yourself more deeply, especially the parts that have felt overwhelming or hard to hold alone. Therapy isn't something I do to you, it's something we build together.

You are the expert in your own experience. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, warmth, and care, helping you notice patterns, make sense of what's been happening, and gently open space for change at a pace that feels right for you.

Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy Certified Clinical Trauma Professional

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I practice under clinical supervision. Sessions are eligible for reimbursement under most extended health benefit plans in Ontario.
