Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) · Ontario

Hi, I'm Andie Toderovitz

MA, BA (Hons) · RP (Qualifying) · Thrive Therapy Practice

I'm so glad you're here. Finding the right therapist is one of the most personal decisions you can make, and I want you to leave this page feeling like you have a real sense of who I am and how I work, so you can decide if we might be a good fit.

I've always been drawn to the complexity of people: the stories we carry, the ways we learned to survive, and the quiet courage it takes to choose something different. That pull toward understanding and supporting others through life's hardest moments is what led me to this work, and it is what keeps me deeply committed to it every day.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative, relational process and that you are the expert of your own experience. My role is not to tell you what to do or how to feel, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, warmth, and genuine care as you find your own way forward.

My approach is non-judgmental and deeply client-centred. I bring strong communication skills, active listening, and a commitment to meeting you exactly where you are. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Gottman Method, somatic therapy, IFS, EFT, DBT, and ACT, and tailor every approach to what fits you best.

Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, a difficult relationship, or a complicated relationship with food and your body, I hold space for all of it, with respect, empathy, and the belief that meaningful change is possible for everyone.

I have a particular passion for working in the following areas, and have pursued dedicated training in each:
