Hi, I'm Andie — and I'm so glad you're here.
I've always been drawn to people: to the stories we carry, the ways we learned to survive, and the quiet courage it takes to choose something different. That pull toward understanding and supporting others through life's hardest moments is what brought me to this work, and it is what keeps me deeply committed to it every day.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centred. I believe you are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and care, drawing from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Gottman Method, IFS, somatic therapy, DBT, and EFT.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Yorkville University and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I am currently accepting new clients for individual and couples therapy.

You Might Be Wondering...
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something just isn't quite right, that's enough of a reason to reach out. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people come simply because they want to understand themselves better or make a meaningful change.
The first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's brought you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to work on. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. We'll go at your pace from the very beginning.
Yes, I offer virtual sessions across Ontario, making it easy to access therapy from the comfort of your own home. In-person sessions are available in Vaughan.
Please reach out for current rates. Many extended health benefit plans cover Registered Psychotherapy. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your coverage before we begin.
This varies for everyone. Some people find relief and clarity in a short-term course of sessions, while others prefer longer-term ongoing support. We'll check in regularly about how things are going and adjust our approach together.
Ready to Take the First Step?
Taking the step to reach out is one of the bravest things you can do. Whether you have questions or you're ready to get started, I'd love to hear from you.
We'll connect briefly so you can get a feel for how I work and ask any questions you have.
If we're a good match, we'll schedule your first session and go from there, at your pace.
You don't need to have it figured out.
